Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott (born June 16 in 1987) is an American comedian and actress who was a part of the cast on Saturday Night Live from 2008 until 2012. She has also appeared on the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out and the NBC sitcom Indebted. She is the daughter of actor and comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was born in New York City, the second child of the couple. She is the daughter of Paula Niedert a talent coordinator and comedian/actress Chris Elliott. Her father was Bob Elliott (radio comedian). Their younger sister actor Bridey Elliott was born in Wilton. She attended high school at Immaculate High School in Danbury, Connecticut, where she performed in school plays as well as musicals. After graduating from Immaculate High School in 2005 She enrolled in Marymount Manhattan College in New York City but was unable to attend her first semester .In 2010 Elliott had a romantic relationship with fellow Saturday Night Live cast member Fred Armisen. The couple split in September of 2011. Elliott was married to TV writer Bill Kennedy on September 3 in 2016. Edith Pepper Kennedy was born to them. Elliott took comedy classes at The Groundlings and eventually began doing training and appearing in various sketch comedy shows held at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB) in Los Angeles.
